I bought this as a necessity for myself and my art work I sell. It lasted exactly 3 days 6 total uses. I waited 24 days for this and now its total trash. Id like to hear from the seller.

The old style Pencil torch are more better working more safety And work well all the time doesn't break down And handles the heat very well and you don't get burn they don't make torches like this anymore Then new torches dead make today What's the time breakdown in the 1st week Basically they are no good The older ones are the best best

They finally got back to me and are working it out. Even though understaffed they are taking care of their customers

Man this is awesome I really enjoy it I play with it more than I use it

Torch Head didn't fit on pencil. Never even got to put it together. Something was wrong!
