    Would give zero stars if I could, poor communications!

    The biggest reason for the bad review is not the long shipping time. I realize this is a challenging time. But this company sent me no order confirmation, no shipping details, no communications of any kind. I only knew my order was active because I paid with PayPal. on the 11th day I tried emailing them with no reply so I filed a claim dispute with PayPal and then 2 days later I got a request to leave a review even though I had still not received my product. They also never replied to my dispute case via PP so I escalated the case and finally 15 days from the day I ordered my package arrived. I cancelled the claim but will never shop with this company again and I do not recommend them. A little communication would have gone a long way to make me feel differently but it is too late for that now. The actual product is fine and I am glad it finally got to me.
