    Cracked mandrel

    I really like the groove in the mandrel. But it arrived with a crack at the top of the tool. I sent a picture as requested by Tool USA, but I have not received a replacement yet.

    These fit my needs as sausage casing stretches.

    I had ordered 3 of these and 1 of the 3 was broken (probably during the shipping process), but I can't say for sure. Tool USA replaced it within 1.5 weeks. everything is good now.
